9/17/2011 - sent I-13

09/19/2011 - noa1 received

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

9/20/2012 - Interview scheduled - October 3!!!!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

10/12/2012 - I-130 APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

KIDS' CASES

04/20/2012: NOA107/20/2012: instead of an approval, we got thrown into AP. sigh

11/01/2012: Boys' I-130 interview set for November 28, 2012.

11/28/2012: I-130s APPROVED! APPROVED! APPROVED!

I see some mid-april petition being approved, one from April 17th and 19th. I hope CSC keeps the pace.

I noticed a May filer got their NOA2 in just 74 days! C'mon CSC, don't skip us April filers!!

10/22/10: First time meeting in person!

07/27/12: Petition arrived at NVC

Our file got approved on the 18th of April. Our NOA1 day is April 27th. Approved in 82 days.

Hi all,

I have truly enjoyed getting update informaton from the various bloggers. Everyone is talking about CSC and it's moving really fast so congrats to those who are being processed through CSC. However, what about Vermont? Are there any April 2012 filers who filed at VSC that's been approved? Does anyone have an update on Vermont 1-130 processing status?

Our NOA1 date is April 24th through the CSC. Going to visit my wife at the end of August, so an NOA2 in time for that would be awesome.

Fingers crossed for everyone else

UPDATE: Received my email from CSC stating approved last night :) Still waiting for hard copy letter but the email gave my wife and I perma-smile for the day :D

Congrats on your NOA2! I'm April 25 so seeing that is definitely a good sign! Let us know as soon as you get your NVC case number. I'm curious to see how long it's taking these days! :) Congrats again!
