I see some mid-april petition being approved, one from April 17th and 19th. I hope CSC keeps the pace.

Our NOA1 date is April 24th through the CSC. Going to visit my wife at the end of August, so an NOA2 in time for that would be awesome.

Fingers crossed for everyone else

3/16/2012 - case sent to my local USCIS office for additional processing

4/21/2012 - AP. If we haven't heard from them in SIX MONTHS (omg) we can feel free to call them!!! Thanks!

10/3/2012 - Interview went well but she must look at his A-file more before decision.

Hi! Not sure there is a thread for I-130 April filers, so i started one in hopes of getting together with others who filed in my same month! My husband (UKC) and I (USC) got married on April 14, 2012 in Vegas and filed for our I-130 right away. Our NOA1 is April 25, 2012 and with the rate CSC is approving petitions, our estimated adjudication window is now August 8-17! I saw that late March 2012 petitions are being approved at CSC so that means it's almost our turn April filers!! Yay!!

07/10: Met online, began exchanging emails, texts, and Skype
10/22/10: First time meeting in person!

03/17/12: Officially engaged in London!!

I-130 (IR-1/CR-1 Visa) Journey:

04/14/12: Married in front of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada!!
04/23/12: Mailed I-130 to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox
04/25/12: NOA 1, Priority Date, Routed to CSC

I'm an April 25th filer! Excited to see the first April petitions approved. Definitely seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Hoping to get our NOA2 in the first couple weeks of August. Would love to have hubby home in California for Christmas/New Year because we just found out last week that we are expecting too! :wow: Baby will be here in March 2013 which is good timing as we are hoping all the visa stuff will be finished my then! I'm sad to be going home to California in 2 weeks...I've been in London with hubby since June 1 (being a teacher on summer break has its perks in LDR's!)

Good luck April filers and hopefully there will be LOTS of NOA2's soon!!! :dance:
