Can you answer a question about the 485 process

Hi I have a bit of a problem and a question , the problem is I have been out of work for sometime now, and the question part is this my fiance will be coming to me on a k1 with her son soon and I need to put there 485 in. I have enough money coming to me from unemployment to handle my bills we all will be fine not asking for a hand out ( LOL) and my 2008 2009 2010 2011 tax returns show more then 60000 plus so what I am asking is this could I make it through the interview showing that I am on unemployment and did not have any income for this year. Also my interview will be around november 2012 should all things go right maybe december, and I guess lastly should I have a sponsor just to make sure all goes well or is it over kill . thanks guys.

You have to provide not only previous taxes filed but current income as well so if you have no income (from a job) then you will either need to have assets which is 3x the amount needed or a co-sponsor who's income qualifies.

Ihave current income of 21060 its my unemployment will they take that into consideration as income if so I am good to go and my work will start again in march of 2013 this year is a bust because of the current economic situation also my work just is

that way I am a construction worker .
