Fees saying not paid

Went on line to check our status for the $88 AOS fee and it just said NOT PAID. We put a payment through wednesday and it had been saying IN PROCESS. Should we just try to pay again? Has this happened to anyone before? I dont want to be charged twice. Thanks,

Thank you!! I was scared to try to pay again. Im so frustrated with the nvc. Can i send all the documents in now or do i have to wait for them to ask for them? They sent the choice of agent in an email. And the AOS form? Im guessing I fill that out now and send it in? Im just nervous because their website keeps saying DO NOT SEND ANYTHING IN UNTIL ASKED TO DO SO.

Candance as far as I know you go ahead and send the forms in by the time they reach the NVC your payment should have been processed thus saving a few days. Your husband should definetly send in his choice of agent as well. As soon as they approve that you can pay the IV application processing fees.

Does your status now show paid? What did the NVC have to say about it?

Im so frustrated. So I called Monday and the representative said she'd send me a new invoice through email. I asked her why? would it include a new invoice number or something? SHe said no, but she'll order a new one anyway. I ask when Ill receive it and she wouldnt give me an answer. I try later on in the day and there is no option to pay. It has a new page now and says REJECTED. So I call back, wait another hour and another representative says the girl earlier shouldnt have put in a request for a new invoice because it freezes the account. She cancelled the request for a new invoice and said it'll be unfroze in 24 hours. I try again last night, after 24 hours and its still frozen. I call and the representative just said to try again on Thursday. Im so frustrated.

Have you guys ever heard of this happening? I scanned our 3230 and sent it through email on monday. I still havent gotten a response or verification. I have the 230 and 864 ready to send off thursday. I JUST NEED TO PAY THE FEES! I cant stand the nvc...

When I called the NVC to find out why the fees said not paid I was told it was because I used Chrome and not internet explorer. Don't you think that is something they might mention on the payment page? Oh well at least now it says In Process.

I hope that you've gotten it worked out.

Our fees are finally showing paid. Printing docs today and mailing them next day tomorrow hopefully we won't have to wait 20 business days again for them to enter them into the system. They must be horribly understaffed at the NVC
