same here it is still under review. Hubby called for the 4th time today since we requested for the upgrade but no good news yet ;(

Received 221g(NBI with AKA)

Sept 5, 2012- sent requested document

Sept 6, 2012- Received doc at USEM by Mr. Leonilo Bernardino

Sept 10, 2012- called USEM and VISA WAS ISSUED

Sept 13, 2012- RECEIVED MY VISA

Sept 14, 2012- CFO seminar done(SMEF-COW)

SEPT 22, 2012- HAPPY FOREVER AFTER

my case is still under review not upgraded yet .................:angry:

they will congrat. you being USC and will upgrade( after review) your case F2A to IR-1/CR-1...then it might take upto 3 months ( most of time 2 months) to have Interview depending on Embassy/Consulate....

Mine was upgarded within 20 days...

i emailed them my USC certificate on 25th june 2012....got emailed from them on 5th july saying its under review..

finally i called NVC 12th july...and they said its been upgraded to CR-1 and is been queued for interview...i haven't any email from them abt upgrading the case

Just waiting got my interview....

actually i got citizenship on may 23...then my lawyer sended all the documents along with the USC certificate...then after 2 weeks i called NVC and they said your case is completed but visa is not available..so i asked abt the visa category and they said it not upgraded....so i told them that my lawyer did submitted my USC certificate along with requesting letter to upgrade my case...and they said its not been reviewed so u send it again through mail...and then i did all this procedure again...Stupid care less NVC....otherwise till now i would have Interview as well...
