I got approved in Jun 6th,2012, I haven't heard anything from NVC yet. Does any Jun filer get case number yet, let's share the information and experience.

It's currently taking NVC around a month from NOA2 date to assign case numbers. So, by this time frame, you should be getting your case number in the next week or so.

It's currently taking NVC around a month from NOA2 date to assign case numbers. So, by this time frame, you should be getting your case number in the next week or so.

I was approved june8,2012. Called on fri. and was asked to email noa2 to nvcresearch@state.gov.

Date I-130 NOA1 (Receipt)via email : (2012-02-21)

Date I-130 NOA1 (hard copy Receipt)via mail : (2012-02-28)

Date I-130 NOA2 (Receipt)via email : (2012-06-11)

Date I-130 NOA2 (hard copy Receipt)via mail : (2012-06-14)

Date Package Received By NVC : (2012-07-02)

ds3032(Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants): sent from mother's email address on 8/3/12. Approved on 8/10/12

AOS paid 8/5/12, IV paid 8/23/12.

ds230,i864ez,aos and iv receipt,documents(6 last pay stubs,job letter,beneficiary's birth certificate(certified and legalized),2 2x2 photos,police report(certified),w2 and transcripts from 2009-2011,copy of beneficiary passport.8/23/12

checklist received from NVC on 8/30/12- missing petioner's documents(marriage certificate,birth certificate,2011 transcript).

checklist sent to NVC by air on 9/1/12 to arrive on 9/4/12.

check list recieved on email 9/13/12 ( petioner INEXTENSA birth certificate and 2011 taxes transcript directly from IRS).

2011 taxes transcript (directly from IRS) sent on 9/12/12.Arrived 9/14/12

CASE COMPLETE 09/25/12

10/03/12 INTERVIEW assigned for 11/19/12 received letter via email later on in the day.

VISA ON HAND 11/29/12 ( DELIVERED HOME)

POE 12/08/12- SAN JUAN,PUERTO RICO

F2A LPR petitioning for minor children

PD 8/5/13 , NOA2 8/27/13, CASE COMPLETE 3/5/14

I figured out most of the people who wrote to NVC would get the same anwser even NVC got the package they would reply as they haven't see anything.

Approved June 4th and mine arrived NVC on June 25th.. I expect a # Mon or Tues...

did you called them to find out your petition had arrived there or did you write to them?

I received NOA2 on June 13th. Case number was assigned June 22.

I think CSC is slow on senind stuff to NVC.. I got noa 2 on Jun 11 and nothing sofar. I just e-mail to NVCResearch.

01/13/2012 === I-129F official hard copy received from USCIS

03/29/2012 === I-129F touched.

06/11/2012 === I-129F Approved (157 days)

06/12/2012 === NOA2 received by Email.

06/12/2012 === I-129F touched.

07/02/2012 === I-129F touched. (I hope it is gong to NVC ;) ) (NOA2 approved for 2nd time)

07/06/2012 === 2nd NOA2 official hard copy received from USCIS. ( I am furious about getting my application approved for 2nd time. I wonder why they did it? )

I figured out most of the people who wrote to NVC would get the same anwser even NVC got the package they would reply as they haven't see anything.

according to my noa2 letter, it was sent to the nvc. the issue lies in nvc of someone putting them into the computer. i might have to look at nvc contractors to figure out the issues.

01/20/12 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

07/31/12 - Emailed GZO Supplemental Packet 3.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

did you called them to find out your petition had arrived there or did you write to them?

Called.. They said on Thurs that it hit on the 25th but on the 25-27 they said not here...

wow, so lucky!

far from lucky.. Last time we dealt with NVC we were in AP for a while before they sent the case to the consulate... hoping this go for my step son will be smoother. Been screwed over by them enough already
