Remaining Forms after Application Approval

I just received my I-130 Application Approval from USCIS...now we are waiting on information from NVC. I have a specific question as to the remaining forms. Since my wife and I were married last October she has changed her last name to her now married last name. Our original filing with USCIS was under her maiden name. Going forward do we continue to use her maiden name or can we now use her married last name?

Also, if anyone has any idea as to the remaining fees that would be greatly appreciated.

Okay first Congratulations on the approval, I got my also last night. Here is the NVC link for us July folk http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/375609-nvc-filers-july-2012/ .

fees going forward at NVC - AOS $88, IV Bill $230. Medical varies, police report will vary

4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled

since you now want to use your married name, you should file the papers in the married name nvc, if you want your green card in your married name you wont have change it later and pay a fee on the 1-90, also get your social security card in married name, your driver license,
