Why do people keep saying that? In Florida, a polygraph is admissable if stipulated by both sides in advance.

Arizona, California, Florida and Nevada permit the use of lie-detector results in court if all parties agree beforehand that they will be admissible. On the other hand, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and the District of Columbia completely exclude polygraph exam results even if all parties want to admit the results

There's a new wrinkle in George Zimmerman's version of the night of Trayvon Martin's death. Zimmerman has been telling investigators that while he was on the phone with police, Martin was circling his car menacingly on foot—so menacingly that Zimmerman rolled up his window "to avoid a confrontation," a source tells the Orlando Sentinel. The source says Zimmerman isn't changing his story; he's said this in every statement to police.

But, as the paper points out, Zimmerman doesn't mention this strange behavior to the dispatcher. That's not the only inconsistency, either: According to the source, Zimmerman told police that Martin held his hand over Zimmerman's mouth—which would seemingly contradict his assertion that the cries for help heard on the 911 call were his own. "It's either one or the other, it can't be both," an attorney for Martin's family said.

Forgive me Steve you seem so gung-ho to find this guy guity that you over look the real problems with convicting and wrngle to find evidence where none exists.

For example- you say travon either covered his mouth preventing him from screaming out or he didn't.

Is it not perfectly logical that two people struggling on the ground that at times he covered his mouth and at times he couldn't..... in order to cover a persons mouth you give up the use of one...... badly needed arm in a fight.

A few posts back you claim there were no evidence of injury-

Have you not seen the photos of his head and the deputy even checking it out as they were bringing him into the station. He claims they also have a doctors report listing Zimmermans injuries consistent with his story.

You even suggest Zimmerman was "stalking" the teen. Following someone on one event I am sure does not reach a legal definition of Stalking.

One of the huge differences between this case and TX case is, the homeowner there had no reason whatsoever to walk up the street to the party.

I think a reasonable citizen "might" have followed trayvon follow to see were a suspicious person is going.... to direct the police. (I'm sure I would have)

Comparing this case to the TX case is wishful thinking.

*TO those who have not heard the 911 call from the tx case,

you should, you will hear a bad actor parroting -self defense- lines to try to set himself up for legally shooting his neighbor.
