halu everyone hope u can help me my pd is may2010 f2b how long it takes to wait?is the visa bulletin in travel.state.gov is updated?

According to the newest (Sept 12) bulletin here: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5759.html you'll wait another 8 years.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

hi guys!i need some help..i had my interview last august 17,2012.and it went well.the officer only asked me to submit a F2B RETENTION LETTER together with the other requirements such as certification of no marriage,petitioner's naturalization certificate,etc..my question is HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT for the approval of my f2b retention? will they send the approval back to me?and wait for the another step?? PLEASE HELP ME I'M CONFUSED!!

I assume that you were automatically converted to F1 from F2B as your petitioner became a US Citizen? if so, you just need to submit an opt out letter requesting to be retained as an F2B.. I had the same case. PM me if you need further details.

i have already submitted an opt-out letter requesting to retain my F2B last august 29,2012..together with all the necessary documents such as certificate of no marriage,petitioner's naturalization certificate,etc..

how long does it take?
