Hi everyone,

I just want to give some hope to all of you still hanging in there and waiting for an answer from the INS.

My extension is dated on oct 30th and I received an email from USCIS informing me about the production of my card.

Be patient guys and it's coming soon for all of us.

By the way, I saw a lot of you are worried about traveling with the extension. Because of my job, I go through the customs and immigration at NYC at least 5 times a month since last october and I was sent to the secondary check ONCE because I forgot the letter and I had only a copy of the paper, and they let me go through. The guys know their job and I was always welcomed with a smile and professionalism to be honest.

God bless this country.

WOw.....INS....haven't heard that term in a long time. That organization was revised in 2003 when the government created "The Department of Homeland Security". Which is composed of DHS, USCIS, and CBP.
