NVC Received I-130 Packet..finally.

Just thought I had better post this. I know I have read in several posts that everyone is wondering if they are sending from CSC or not. Well anyway here it is as I received it 2 hours ago. i hope this means they are finally getting all those approvals from mid to the end of September.

Dear Sir,

The National Visa Center (NVC) recently received this petition. We are in the process of entering the petition information into the computer system and assigning a case number. Upon completion of this process, the appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition.

I don't understand the not sending a number, and only an e-mail, is this normal?

When do I find out a number, this seems abnormal, everyone else had posts that included a number when they wre contacted. Best wishes to all. I was approved on 9/28/06.

Now I am one step closer I hope to being at the final step of my poem I wrote for all the VJ folks, and my wife at the bottom of my entry, click on it and tell me your thoughts.

You will be assigned a case number anytime from now. Just keep calling NVC.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

NVC Case Number and IIN Received, E-mails Exchanged : 08-03-2011

DS-3032 E-mail sent by Beneficiary: 08-03-2011

DS 3032 approved 08/10/11

IV & AOS bill payed 08/12/11

NVC receivd AOS & IV package 09/12/11

AOS approved 09/22/11

GOT RFE .... 09/28/2011

now NVC wants to see my original marriage certificate and birth certificate.

Case Complete 10/11/2011 (NO interview in November or Dec@ ABU DHABI consulate )

VISA granted...... 1/24/2012 thank you JESUS
