There's a hidden scheduling queue at NVC, for GZO casefiles headed to GUZ IV.

The NVC TeleOperators you speak with on the phone, know nothing of it. They have no training about it. However, you are receiving the verbiage they ARE trained to say.

In the meantime - stay positive - you should have 'interview date scheduled' on or before Wednesday of this week, as yer certain of your 'case review complete' date.

If you'd like further clarification from a NVC Human, by all means call back, talk to a Supevisor, and inquire about the next step for scheduling for a GZO casefile.

how are you certain that i would get a interview date on this wednesday? do you mean you know the average time it takes for the gzo case to get a interview date?

i am interested in writing up a foia about the whole visa process at nvc after my wife gets here... would like to share this with vj.. i honestly dislike hidden processes, it just opens up room for dishonesty and blame games.

AOS and IV coversheet are not the same. "Attention" field in address are different for both packages.

ya, i know i said after iv bill paid they can download iv cover sheet same as aos from receipt column..i guess they got this so i didnt mention..the word same is for procedure same not for same coversheet..i am sorry if anything wrong

hey i had some problem for i864 ..i just put my husband date of birth instead of mine in sponsors column..and now nvc complete my case.i had call them ..they said nothing wrong in my case its tottaly completed..now what can i do? do i need to tell at mumbai consulte or what?

I suggest bringing an updated I-864 with you to the interview. Explain to them that you caught a mistake you did and if needed, you have an updated I-864 form with you.

this is retarded... someone reopen my case and close my case yesterday.. now another delay.

No need to raise this mistake to embassy until they have asked. Just keep updated I-864 with you at the time of your interview and provide only if they ask for one.

why would they "reopen" the case?

Sometimes some operators don't know what they talking about. maybe it wasn't as bad as you think / or they said.

I have to say that calling NVC too often could get you more frustrated. I am trying to call them once every other day now. calling them everyday multiple times seems helpless at this point.

i call them at least 6 times a day... most of the time i leave the phone on speakerphone and then return to work. when they answer the phone, that is when i take a break from work. just efficient time usage for me. yes i do get frustrated, but i am already used to it coming from uscis.. so it is just second nature for me to give hard time at bad operators.

seriously? 6 times a day??????? You keep calling NVC and then curse about NVC operators/process all the time on VJ. You are REALLY frustrated and you definitely need some break :rofl: :rofl:

Ok, another stupid question

Who should mail the IV Package to NVC?

I assume it is the petitioner if he/she is appointed as agent of choice but in our case the original documents for IV Package are with the beneficiary. Now, should the beneficiary mail the package to petitioner and than petitioner mail them to NVC or beneficiary can mail them directly to NVC? Any advise?
