You are forgetting about batch processing, la.

Someone punched the button early on Friday, and yer casefile was one of the ones pegged to be invoiced.

Access will return, I SWEAR!, just after the AOS FEE BILL document is available and you have a new database entry for that fee bill back at the portal.

2. you should purchase tracking option w/ ups/fedex/usps to track it. mail is being delivered there everyday.

No I mean here on DS-230. The course of Study what do you put for secondary or high school. And I meant mail delivery as in does anyone know when they deliver morning a all day. Curious when is a good time to call waiting for my approved I-130 to arrive. But I guess the normal call in the mrning than again in the evening after like 7pm I guess. Thanks

Guys,

Did you have any problems leaving gaps at the last 10 yrs employments?

I just realized I had a gap of 4 months but didnt put any "unemployment" note, since it just asked for the employments...

Anyway, I think I'm over thinking too much =/ :wacko:

But I saw people saying it's better to not leave any gap.

i leave it blanked because it is self explanatory with the school name. e.g. jamaica elementary school etc... mine had the words "technical high school".

it usually takes another week for them to tell you that they have it. though it is sitting around their office already. once they tell you that they have it, they will ask you to wait for a case number. after you get your case number they will ask you to WAIT AGAIN to create a invoice.. this is where i am at.. and it pisses me off. do they really have to drag our family time like this!?!?!

Is impossible to use a W-2 as 'current income', as W-2 is for what happened prior year - not for what's happening now, this year.

Current Income is just that, for the current year, and it's a approximation and/or forecast for ALL of the income you will receive, prior to taxes and expenses, for the entire year, all 365 days. It is NOT an accumulation from Jan 1 to July 13th, it's a FORECAST from Jan 1 to Dec 31.

So, an employment letter showing this 'annualized income' is useful, to show 'current income' on the I-864.

Some people used payment stubs, some people used deposit notices from bank - it all can vary.

Think a bit more about what you have, what you actually have, to prove up 'current income', then try to ascertain if you need something more, something else.

11 JUN 2012 - NOA2

NVC - MEP

2 JUL 2012 - Case Received at NVC

19 JUL 2012 - Case number, IIN and Beneficiary ID received, gave e-mail addresses!

23 JUL 2012 - Was able to log in and fill out the DS-261 and I made myself the agent! I also stated that I was assisting the beneficiary ( since I signed in as him )

24 JUL 2012 AOS fee available and paid through the payment portal - direct deposit

25 JUL 2012 AOS fee shown as paid!! I-864 package e-mailed to NVCelectronic@state.gov

01 AUG 2012 IV Bill Invoiced and paid

02 AUG 2012 IV Bill shown as paid and DS-260 completed and documents sent!

08 AUG 2012 RFE! :crying: sent passport photos wrong, so re-sent!

15 AUG 2012 case COMPLETE!!! Yay!!

13 SEP 2012 Received Interview Date! OCT. 5th!

20 SEP 2012 Scheduled ASC appointment by calling 7034392313. Two days earlier I logged into the website but it said there were no appointments available. But when I called, they scheduled an appointment for me. :)

Okay gotcha I will put academic or something. The case number thing is one of those mysteries. How some get oh we recieved today and here's your case number and yet I have been reading a thread of a bunch of arrived 1st week of July (Think you are one on that thread) and still no case number. What in the world. Here I thought I was flyin with being at USCIS only 3 months. Now this ughhhh. Wait we must.

please what is the alien registration number on the affidavit of support form? is it the number on the NOA2 approval letter?

Thats for people who have been through system before basically. You are assigned an alien number. For you thats a None or N/A.

Thats for people who have been through system before basically. You are assigned an alien number. For you thats a None or N/A.
