Hi all

Just wanted to provide a little update on my end. I have written up a interview review ( can't figure out how to add the link to it here - sorry) for those who asked. Also, had my interview on Tuesday, received the passports and yellow packets back in the mail on Thursday. The Sydney consulate is very efficient. And then, Friday I secured one of the two job offers I had. I start working in their Australian office and will be responsible for setting up their US operation. Am so thrilled. It's nice when it all falls into place. Now the hardwork begins - packing up a family of five and moving us all to a new country

Just got off the phone with an extremely nice operator at NVC (Amanda) and she confirmed what Saylin and others have already said. NVC schedules interviews all month long and she said there's even a chance that we may be able to get ours in Montreal before the end of August!.....I'm just glad to be this close to the end!

Just got a text from the courier, our visas are ready for pick-up. OMG, I can't believe it. It seems just days ago, I was complaining how NVC took so long in giving us case numbers.

Its been a great friday the 13th for me I recieved my wifes interview email for AUG 6 @ 7:15 AM today and less than 10 min later i recieved notice that I had been approved for an apartment that I had applied for! Sooo Happy Today. Thanks to the whole Vj Community and especially Saylin I know the journey is not done yet but can see it very close!!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck EVERYBODY!!!!!!

Its been a great friday the 13th for me I recieved my wifes interview email for AUG 6 @ 7:15 AM today and less than 10 min later i recieved notice that I had been approved for an apartment that I had applied for! i find it weird that we were approved the I-130 and the I-129F the same day and NVC has received the I-129F since monday without the I-130, They told my hubby that they have started processing the I-129F already..... they told my hubby to call back next week to find out if the I-130 petition has arrived... i really wish for them to process the I-130, but whichever way all i want is to be with my husband as soon as possible.

Can bills be invoiced during a weekend? Or is it just business days only?

I was able to log in this morning, but am getting the following error now:

No case complete for us for our birthdays this week. We're getting an RFE for husband's DS-230 (question 30). And our AOS packet hasn't even been reviewed. The NVC operator was really helpful and informative, though, I have to say.

I am *so upset* today. Really thought we'd be done by Friday.

If they have lived in the same city, state, coutry all their life...you would put...from their birth date to the present. Isn't that correct? This is what the example form showed.

So just say in my case...I would be "City or Town" VANCE "Province" ALABAMA "Country" U.S.A.

then from my birth month and year 07/1969 until PRESENT.

Isn't that correct? We are not supposed to list all individual addresses since 16 if they have lived in the same city, state and coutry all their lives. Correct?

Please clarify this Saylin if you see this post.

Notice the original birthday of the applicant is the same as the year and month on number 30 until present. Hope this helps you correct the form!
