My NOA2 was mailed on July 6th. That was Friday, so I've just been basking in the glow of having an accepted petition this weekend. Well, the weekend is over and I'm wondering if I should start calling the NVC tomorrow morning, or if I need to get it some time. I understand that the petitions are taking longer to get to the NCV right now. I can't help but be anxious though!

First off, grats on your recent approval!

Do NOT bother calling tomorrow. It will NOT be there. Not even when it was fast for cases to get to NVC, was it THAT fast. At its fastest, it took a week. Currently, it's taking a month for a case number to be assigned. I suggest waiting MINIMUM a week, probably two weeks though, then start calling!

I have a question about the photos, can I use the same photos that I used for the i-130 since they were taken in February? Has anyone done that? And how do you go about sending those for electronic processing? Just scan them?

Hello everyone :)

I am just new with this forum.

May i ask:

How to make an expedite request to NVC?

Where to address??

I got our case # & invoice no ID. From NVC, gave our email add. (me & my wife) to NVC. Yet it has been 1week, there are still no notifications if what's next...

Do We need to wait for NVC's notification before sending the DS -3032 choice of agent of my wife??

Actually my wife followed some advices here in visa journey, & send her DS3032 already even without notification from NVC& receive an auto response, but how will we know that it is accepted ???

We are waiting that my AOS will be generated. How long does it takes??

I've been calling NVC everyother day, speaking with some operator, can they tell us if our AOS or packet IV is already generated?

Coz so far all they are always saying to us is " just wait for an email" :(

Have you asked for a supervisor and explained your situation yet?

Yes I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one was not available. They took my number to have one call me back which is a joke. No call and still can't pay my aos or send in any info. Soooooo frustrated.

After the excruciating wait for my noa2 I thought the worst was over. Never did I imagine it would be waiting to pay money for my aos that would be harder. I don't understand how I got my case numbers on June 22nd the I am still not able to pay any bills or send them any info. Ive called and called and they keep telling me "10 to 15 business days". Seriously? That is just not true. Most people on this site get going two days after case number is available. Is anyone else having this problem? :bonk:
