Here's some more information about this petition:

Reunite separated bi-national and American families separated by

current immigration statues.

We the people, ask the Presidency to immediately begin making steps to

reunite families that are currently being separated due to the 3/10 years

bars and/or extensive periods of time of administrative processing. Families

are being separated for years, and are offered little assistance,

information, and/or insight in regards to why their families are being kept

apart. American spouses are often kept in the dark regarding the status of

their immigration cases. We ask you to put the provisional waiver program in

affect, lessen the time that consulates can place applicable family members

in administrative processing, and address the prejudice and unfair treatment

by consulate officers towards family members being petitioned.
