nannygirl82,

How was your income in 03-04? If you have been over the poverty line of income for over a year, that should suffice. Are you "way over" or just over?

By the way, the co-sponsor on an I-134 will not be subject to record checks. Relax on that thought.

If your '05 was over the line you are GTG. If not it says you will need a co-sponsor.

03-04 was fine...this past year i doubled the poverty line...i don't see why i would need a co-sponser if as of right now i am making good money plus i just got a raise and i get overtime....so this is what is making my nuts...well he went to this lawyer and accountant and they told him not too...so you know there is nothing more i can do...

nannygirl82,

It appears that your income is sufficient to not require a co-sponsor.

I am not clear on your lawyers response, are you saying that the lawyer also indicated that a co-sponsor is not required?
