My fiance and i dont know what to do after we get married. we have no idea of what the next step should be. i am currently in f-1 visa status so anyone with any info on what to do next we shall highly appreciate.

You'd get better advise posting in the other adjustment of status forum. This one is for people who are adjusting from a family based visa, which is pretty much only K visas.

Here is the guide for submitting your adjustment of status application:

When you go to hand in your marriage license at the county clerk's office(if that's the procedure in your county), ask for a certified copy of your marriage certificate. Some places will hand it to you right away(some also charge a fee for it). This comes in handy as part of your evidence submmitted with the AOS package, and is probably first step. The other ones are mentioned in the link that JimVaPhoung provided.

Congrats on marriage :)
