DS-3032 Choice Of Agent

We received our notice today that the petitions for my wife's parents were approved. What can we do next to make it faster? Can they send the DS-3032 to us in advance so we have it to send? Also send us all other documents needed since my wife will be the agent for them. How long until i call NVC to het case numbers. When and how should i pay the fees? Is it better to email request for choice of agent and how? Any and all advice would be great. Thanks an good luck everyone.

Don't bother mailing the DS-3032. Emailing it is much faster. Read the DS-3032 email template in the wiki section of VJ.

I would suggest getting the IV package together for her parents and have them send that now to save time. Once you're able to, then your wife can mail the IV package from the US to save much time.

It's currently taking about a month from NOA2 (I-130 approval) for NVC to assign case numbers. If they just got approved today, then they probably won't get a case number assigned until the end of July or beginning of August.

The AOS is invoiced a few days after the case number is assigned, and the IV is invoiced a few days after the DS-3032 has been accepted and added to the casefile. As for how, you have to sign onto the payment portal and pay online with a US bank account.
