Hi VJers,

We are now in the process on adjusting my status and we like to asked the following questions:

1. On G325A applicant's employment last 5 years, should I put my employments back in the Philippines like what we did on G325A we filed when we are applying for K1 visa or this is pertaining to jobs here in USA (and I have none). Or I just need to put my last job on the "Last Occupation Abroad" part?

2. On I-864, it states that we need to submit employment certificate and pay stubs. My husband had an accident that left him out of his job for 4 months and he doesn't have any income for that and thus, no pay stubs. He's a contractor from a company in Atlanta, Georgia and as of now, he is not fully 100% back to the daily work as of today. Should or should we not include pay stubs and employment certificate?

Thanks!

1) You fill it out the same as you did before, but your address and name may have changed and you now have a husband to list.

2) Is he self-employed or an employee that receives a W-2? Does he currently earn enough to cover the 125% requirement for his household size? If he is a self-employed contractor, then he uses his 2011 tax transcript to prove his income. They go by line 22 of the 1040. If he is an employee, he can get a letter from his employer stating his position and salary to prove what he currently makes annually.
