Hi everyone,

I paid the AOS bill on June 13, 2012 also I mailed in the AOS packet on June 20, 2012 then on June 21, 2012 I sent the DS-3032 by email. And the following is what I received in return: Could this mean a false checklist? Or does it mean my DS-3032 was accepted? I need help with this please! thanks! :help:

To continue processing your immigrant visa case, you will need to

designate an agent by completing form DS-3032 (Choice of Address and

Agent). Upon receipt of the Ds-3032, we will send instructions for

paying the immigrant visa application fee. All future correspondence

will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

If the principal applicant is under the age of sixteen, the principal

applicant's parent or guardian may sign the form DS-3032.

Please email the completed form DS-3032 to NVCInquiry@state.gov, or you

may also submit the form by mail to the address below:

National Visa Center

ATTN: ACL

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200

Portsmouth NH 03801-2915

For more information regarding the immigrant visa application fee, or

for answers to frequently asked questions, or to obtain form DS-3032,

please visit the following website:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_5167.html

We received the Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment(s) for this

case. You must now download and complete the Affidavit of Support

form(s). Please visit the following website to download the appropriate

Affidavit of Support form(s) and instructions:

They want the beneficiary to send DS3032 not the petitioner.

When you got your case number, you also gave NVC your email address and your wife/husband's.

They need her/him to email it.

Like me, my husband(petitioner), I am the visa beneficiary.

I emailed DS3032 when we got our case number.(take a week to be accepted)

That's why I sent it right away.

Yesterday, my DS3032 just accepted.

And DS230 just invoiced today.

A false checklist is when they receive one of packets, they will send an email to mention they are waiting for another packet coming.

A true checklist will be specific questions such as IRS tax transcript should be original, for example.

In the email which you received, they don't mention about the whole DS230 packet.

Because your DS3032 not accepted yet.

Asking the beneficiary to send DS3032 email.

Then you just wait the DS3032 being accepted.

After DS3032 is accepted, your DS230 will be invoiced.

No DS3032 acceptation no DS230 bill.

Good luck and hope this can help you.

Their standard answer is 20 business days.

They usually take a week to review your AOS packet.

If no problem then will accept it.

Well, I finally got a nice lady on the NVC and she told me that since the embassy that my husband will have the interview at is in Lima, Peru that I didn't need to email the DS-3032 that I actually had to do the online forms of the DS-260 and DS-261, she also said that the DS-230 has to be done online too. Now since its been a week since I send in the AOS packet, can I start doing the online forms of the DS-260 and DS-261? I still haven't received the IV bill, Is it because I haven't done the DS-260 and DS-261? And what about the DS-230 when do I start doing that one?
