Just a little background before my question --- I came here in U.S. Feb 23, 2011, POE Chicago Illinois, back in Phils medical exam, I was subjected for sputum test. Everything turns out negative as I expected since I know that I don't have TB. After few days here in U.S. I received a mail from CDC Quarantine Station (Center for Diseases Control & Prevention) AMC O'Hare, containing my medical exam documents from St. Lukes Phils and yellow paper that says:

YOUR CHEST X-RAY SHOWS FINDINGS WHICH NEED TO BE CHECKED. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PARAGRAPH CHECKED (X):

(X) You entered the United States with Class B1 tuberculosis. You are requested to telephone the health department in your area of resettlement as soon as possible after arrival at your destination. The health department will be notified of your arrival.

You should present this form and your X-ray when you report for an evaluation.

I called Health Dept nearest in my area but they don't know anything about it. The lady said that this is the first time that they received a call about this issue and we are too proactive. She advised that we should wait for the Health Dept. to contact us. So we did just that, wait. Then two weeks after we got a call from Health Dept….. Doctor checked me again, I had my TST text and X-ray again and they are all NEGATIVE.

Is this normal process of USCIS to mail original record of medical exam to the beneficiary? (I know its original because of my handwritten signature color pen)

Any advice from those who experience the same thing of how should I handle or manage to compile my medical record to be included in filing of AOS.
