Okay so my husbands Interview is in 11 Days and we are both getting worried and stressed out since we hear from others why they didnt get approved and blah blah blah...i just want to be with my husband already.

So here are the Documents which the Albanian Consulate has received.

1. IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1 AND 2 - Y

2. PASSPORT - Y

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Y

4. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE - O

5. COURT RECORDS - O

6. FINANCIAL EVIDENCE - Y

7. MILITARY RECORDS - F

8. ALBANIAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE - O

9. FEE PAYMENT - $

10. PHOTOGRAPH - Y

11. ALBANIAN DISTRICT COURT- O

12. ALBANIAN MINISTRY OF JUSTICE - O

Okay so this was it and we did send the military paper even tho it says F but i told my husband to get another military record with him at the interview just in case.

so here is the check list my husband is taking with him at the interview

1. PASSPORT

2. PHOTOGRAPHS

3. INTERVIEW LETTER

4. MEDICAL ENVELOPE

5. PERSONAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE

6. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

7. FAMILY CERTIFICATE

8. MILITARY RECORD

9. PICTURES OF ME AND HIM AND FAMILY

10. CALL RECORDS

11. COPY OF PHONE CARDS PAYMENTS THAT I DID ONLINE

12. COPY OF MY PASSPORT SHOWING WHEN I TRAVELED THERE

i think thats it..if im missing anything let me know pleaseee

oh and i would how MSN video records but when i installed my msn in 2009 i a put to erase all the histories :/
