Hi All,

I'll start with my self for example.I am F-1 student since 2010 and resides in Nevada and my Fiancee stays in Maryland. And we met each other 6 months ago but our family knows each other in back home.So we get engaged and marrying coming august 2012.We are intending to get marry in August 2012, and we belong to same place in back home in India. It was arrange marriage and we will have a civil marriage followed by a small ceremony in a church. We are planning to fill AOS in August or September.

Basically lots of things are moving, but I am just really waiting for the AOS to be processed. I know its there are others who have been waiting longer and I mean for this thread to be a support for us all.

My question is like being in F-1 Is there any problem if we file for AOS. We will have small ceremony in Maryland and planning to file for AOS right after our marriage. What are the complications if we file right after marriage or we should wait. My Visa is valid till 2013 and right now i am finishing school.
