I didn't get an interview. I was expecting one with my medical results CD and vaccination history and all that stuff.

Instead they just posted the green card to my house!

Is this because I had to wait 6 months for it, did they let me off? Or does this happen a lot? I was kind of surprised.

Was your case transferred to the CSC? This is very common. Those being transferred typically do not get interviewed. The forums are full of these cases.

Oh yes, and Congrats! :star:

Yeah it was, but it wasn't sped up at all. I guess having no interview is what they meant by being "sped up" in the letter they sent me.

I would be happy but we got so fed up during the waiting process that we got a Visa to move to the UK. Took two weeks and no interview. haha. I stupidly didn't apply for a work permit cause they said it was being fast tracked so I haven't been allowed to work the past 9 months.

Sorry this is so off topic, but would you mind telling me a bit about your uk visa.. My husband and I were thinking about moving back homr in the future but I was worried about proving we can support ourselves.. Do you have a uk job offer? Congrats on everything.
