Question 9 is asking about the number of times of marriages. This is my spouse first and only marriage to me. The question says "Including my present marriage, I have been married _______ times. The correct response is 0. Please clarify. Once again, this is my spouse first and only marriage. She had never marry before.

If this is your spouse's first and only marriage then the correct answer is "1". Married at present to you, but never married in the past.

Your spouse is married now, so that cannot be zero.

Thanks for the clarification. The correct response is 1. Another question, what color of pen should she use to sign Part 1 of the DS-230 Application. I was going through the forum and some VJers keep mentioning using blue pen. Which pen should she use? Blue Pen or Black Pen. Please clarify. Thanks.
