I honestly know nothing about it, Ive never had to pay for healthcare or insurance .. my belief system is that it should be available to everyone when they need it. I think insurance companies are greedy and I will never understand how Americans can think that having to pay for healthcare at all is fair. With that being said, Ive never been much into politics. Ive never been allowed to vote, I wont be able to vote here, but as for being told that I have to buy insurance, I fall into the grey place where the US gov. cant force me to, or fine me for this.

Considering it is a huge giveaway to the parasitic health insurance companies I would say 'right'!

Quinine treatment isn't covered under most plans.

Yet these same occupiers and 99%ers are calling it a victory.

Money back

Health plans can only spend 15 to 20 percent of the premiums they collect on administrative costs, things like salaries, sales and advertising. They must spend the rest on medical care and improving the quality of that care. If they spend more than 15 or 20 percent on administration, they must send the extra they spend back to you and the rest of their customers. This year -- the first for the rebates -- 81,500 Ohio families will receive rebates averaging $139, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

So is that why the stocks of all those medical companies shot up yesterday? Because they're not allowed to have profits anymore?

What do you ALL think about OBAMACARE?

I think it was a great initiative drawn by the Republican party and I am glad the Democrats decided to improve on it.

If there was ever a bi-partisan effort that should have been it.
