My question is this:

After/if I get approved for a K-3 visa will I be able to reside in USA with my wife and continue to work in Canada until I recieve my green card.

we have just recently married after living together for 2.5 years (I was working in US on TN visa), when my employment ended I accepted a job in Vancouver BC, my wife moved to Washington State to be closer while we sort this out.

The job I have now is for 2 years with an option for third.

Would like to know after recieving K-3 if I could move in with her and continue this job until it's end/or find employment in USA (whichever comes first)

PS if you haven't figured it out I'm Canadian and my wife is American

Best regards

You should be able to. K3 has no restrictions on travel back and forth between the US and Canada. Are you planning on commuting daily or spending a certain amount of time in Canada to work and then on days off spending it in the US. You should be fine as long as long as you are spending the majority of the time in the US as a bon a fide resident.

I would have been commuting daily to Canada - other than the fact I start maternity leave next month.
