Hi guys... I've been perusing the forums for a long time and I cannot tell you how greatful I am for all the information I have found here.

I have, however, a question that I would like to ask you:

My wife (USC) and I have been happily married for two years and that means that soon we will be sending all out paperwork to Remove Conditions on my green card. We have quite a pile of evidence and we hope things will work well... There is, however, a little discrepancy that makes me a bit uneasy: My name in some of the documents that we are planning to send. I'm from a Spanish-speaking country so my official name has one given name, one middle name and two last names (father's and mother's). To simplify things I usually use only one of my last names (the paternal one) and some of these documents reflect this preference while some others (the more official ones) have the two last names. When we sent our AOS paperwork we had some documents with two last names and some with only one last name and everything went well so I hope this will be the case for the ROC; yet I would like to know what you guys think?

Thanks for your answers!

P.S.: My wife took only one my paternal last name(the one that I usually use)

On the application for removal of conditions there should be a place for "other names used". Put these there to clarify.

Thanks for the response! You are right, yet it's not really "other name" it's the same name just a little shorter...

They are just looking for variations they might find in other records.
