We got the hardcopy, and it says please fill back the G-325A, Biographic Information appropriately and send it back... I have a copy of the one we sent, and it's complete.. is it normal?

shall i ask my lawyer to send it back to USCIS as he sent my file in the first place? Suggestions?

Did the RFE specify what specifically was wrong with the G-325A? Did you both send signed copies? Go over both documents to make sure everything is filled in completely, including the spots where it should be "None" or "N/A."

No it just said fill it properly for Omran Deljou Inzawi. I noticed that i didn't write my name in native language (last section).. my native language is not in ROMAN letters, so do you think it's the reason of the RFE?

Two more question, my name in native language can by typed or i shall hand-write it? Now i have the Alien Resgistration Number as they sent it with the RFE, shall i fill it out on the form?

Best,

Del

Are you the petitioner or beneficiary?

You can just hand-write it on the form they sent you. Good luck!

CSC is moving a lot faster than VSC, so I'd say you'll get your NOA2 this month or next.

Wish VSC would move it just a little faster!!

Knope2012, sorry for the random response, but I love your signature. May I borrow it? :)

I would just double check to make sure that you checked all of the right boxes and that there are no misspellings. If you check the guides, there's an example form.
