For the IV packet, do the Two passport-style photographs need to be recent? If so how recent, weeks or month?

ROC Timeline:

August 22, 2014: Sent I-751

August 25, 2014: NOA1 received

September 5, 2014: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

September 19, 2014: Biometrics Appointment

Within 6 months will be fine. At least you don't change much.

The photo can reflect your current appearance.

I remember i sent Two passport-style photographs both for my husband and me. Do we have to include them again in IV packet? Anyone knows?

Yes, you need two passport-style of the beneficiary.

Then need 3 for medical exam.-beneficiary

3 for consulate interview.-beneficiary

But I am not sure any different in China.

Because you use different procedure of mine.
