Dear VJ's.i need your help with my Adjustment of status.I have everything ready to send in my adjustment of status application but i just found out that i will need a form I-693 filled out by a qualified surgeon.i had some vaccination taken in Ghana before coming to the United States but i do not have records of my vaccination.i will like to know if Immigration at the point of entry need to hand me some documents in the brown envelope given to me at the Embassy in Ghana.i need to know what i have to do in order to send in my application?Hope to hear from you guys.thank you in Advance without you guys it will not have been possible till this stage.

Just the vaccine part if your medical exam is less then a year old. You should have the vaccine card from your medical- that is not handed in at interview. If you do not have it you will either have to redo them or get titars to test for the immunization.
