Hi, I've gone through the whole process of filing the I-129F application, and currently my fiancee and I are awaiting for the interview at the U.S. embassy in Bucharest, RO. Now my questions are in regards to the I-134 sponsorship, as I'm using a co-sponsor with my application. I was a student until a few months ago, and now I've decided to leave school and enter into the trucking field. Therefore on the I-134 for question 7 I put down Student/Unemployed, and I attached my tax transcripts for the last three years, also a copy of my recently acquired Commercial Drivers License as proof of me seeking work as a truck driver. Along with my I-134 I also have a co-sponsor who meets all of the requirements with 17k in bank account and derives a income of 24k annually.

Now here are my questions:

Should I write a letter stating I'm seeking full time employment and my co-sponsor is willing to take care of any financial needs that may arise in the meantime, my fiancee would be able to state this during her interview as well?

For my co-sponsor do I need to provide proof of citizenship if they were naturalized in the U.S.?

Will the consulate be fine with me providing only tax income transcripts, along with recently acquired CDL as proof of seeking employment, as supporting documents for the I-134?

Thanks for taking time in reading my post and if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

This is not needed.

Yes, you would need a copy of their naturalization certificate along with a letter from their employer, their most recent pay stubs, and a copy of their 2011 tax transcript. If they are listing assets in a bank account on their I-134, they also need to provide bank statement for proof.

Will the consulate be fine with me providing only tax income transcripts, along with recently acquired CDL as proof of seeking employment, as supporting documents for the I-134?

They will be fine with it so long as you have a co-sponsor that qualifies.
