Hi all, long time reader first time poster. We got a status update that my wife's I-485 was transfered from the NBC to the California Service Center for further processing on October 4th. We got touched once on October 10th, but we have not had a status update stating that CSC recieved our file. It's almost been two weeks, should we have heard something by now or is this something that I should start inquiring about? I'm getting tired of checking the status continually at work and not getting an update. lol

Thanks for any help or insight in advance!

Usually getting AOS case transfered to CSC can be a good thing, CSC usually approves the I-485 with out an interview. So keep your fingers crossed.

Good luck!

It took me about 3 days between the 2 emails but I know many people who have had transfers to CSC after me haven't got the email that their applications were received ... I think CSC has been busy and they haven't always been updating the online status when a transfer is received ...

Ohhh, there is a member here. Her name is CWR and as far as I know she got transferred to CSC and hasn't had any touch since August or so. She has been wating patiently (I admire her for that). I wouldn't worry about two weeks. Just give it some time. Good luck.
