You love to cite "bodies of scientists" and their support for MMGW. Those are organizations, not scientists. You totally ignore the fact that there has been a mass defection of respected scientists that you used to cite and are now in the other camp. There is no science in conservative biased websites, just bias. That is why I asked for a credible source. Any website can make any claim, it doesn't make it true. He is not my guru, and that is not what he said at all. If you had read a real source of his interview you would know that, but no, you would rather read conspiracy theories.

Last year was hot and active! Remember all the tornadoes? We had no winter this year, it's SO hot already. Yesterday it was 105f+ with the humidity in the mid 60's and it isn't even August yet.

Yeah we just had back to back days at 105f tying the all time high set in August 1876. Add that to 50000 acres of wildfire caused mostly by an unusually warm winter and dry spring. The future isn't always as far away as we think.

It has been bad this year. It must be terrible for those who are not used to it in the middle of the country. Last year there were many wildfires in Texas due to lack of rainfall. Meanwhile, tropical Storm Debby just came by, luckily that wasn't very strong. It's 10:30am and it's already 101f here, humidity is in the 70's. Humid heat is like nothing else!

last year's hurricane count wasn't spectacular - and this year's predicted to be dismal also. i'm still waiting on those stronger, more hurricanes every year i was promised!
