Ready for interview and MEDICAL but...!!!

ok, so we traveled yesterday to Cd. Juarez and finally we are here; my wife was feeling a little sick because of all the driving through mountains, and the pregnancy; I just have a couple of questions,

1. should we NOT go tomorrow for the medical and wait until she feels better?

2. Is it required of her to FAST even if she is pregnant for the medical exam??

USCIS:

09/06/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

09/07/11 - I130 Received

09/09/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to CSC)

02/27/2011 - NOA2 via text/email/website -I130 Approved!

Thanks.. actually, she woke up feeling way better but hungry; so I called and asked, and I was told that she did not have to fast to go through the medical exam..so we had breakfast and then we went there.. now we have the results :D (I called SERVICIOS MEDICOS CONSULARES)

USCIS:

09/06/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

09/07/11 - I130 Received

09/09/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to CSC)

02/27/2011 - NOA2 via text/email/website -I130 Approved!
