Hi everyone, ive just arrived here in California 3weeks ago. Would like to know, what's the next thing i have to do for the paperwork? My fiance and i are getting married here on the 28th of this month by the way... NEED HELP! Thanks! ;)

After you're married and you have your marriage certificate in hand (the certified copy of your wedding license issued by the county office), you can apply for AOS, just follow the guidelines here and you should be fine.

This link should provide you with the necessary tools to get started. Just remember that you have 90 days from point of entry in which to file for adjustment of status.

During this period your new spouse will not be allowed to leave America unless they have a travel document called Advanced Parole. The application for that takes almost as long as the AOS, so consider carefully if you want to apply for that also.
