Hii... i'm new in here, I just got my first RFE after waiting for my K-1 processes for 5 months, my fiance (US citizen) didn't get the mail yet and i'm thinking maybe the USCIS ask for a paper to show that we are single and never married. I would like to ask how should my fiance get that paper?. What will happen if we make mistake in the prove that the USCIS ask in the RFE?, will we get another RFE or get denial?. Thanks in advance.

She writes a sworn statement saying she is legally free to marry you and wish to to do within 90 days of your arrival on the K1. This is commonly referred to as the letter of intent. Sign and date it. You can always look through the petition again to see if you missed anything obvoius. Otherwise wait until getting the actual RFE.

Good luck on your journey. :)

Just to add to your question; USCIS has the right to make a decision based on the evidence that you have provided already. Always try your best to submit the exact initial evidence that's requested in the RFE. Some(few) get a second RFE.
