How Long To Get Visa

We have started the process to bring my wife's parents to the US from the Philippines. Wife is a USC. We are thinking about just having them stay in Manila after the interview and not go back to Mindanao. How long after the interview until they can either pick up the visa or have it delivered to our condo in Makati? Then just fly to the US. Is there anyone from the Philippines that has experience to share? How long from medical to Interview? Any and all advice would be great. Thanks

I am not from Philippines;but I have been there 3 times. Based on my experience, it is about 3 weeks on the average from Medical at St.Lukes and receiving the visa. Every case is different. We just brought my mother and father inlaws to the USA to live with us. In their case,it took 2 weeks. Good luck.
