My husband and I have a 18 month old together, is that enough proof of a real relationship? He is not a picture person, so we don't have many pictures together, at least not enough to fill a whole big album with photos.

We have been together for about 6-7 years. When we started dating I was a 14-15 and he was 19-20. Is there anyway he can get in trouble for statutory rape, or could we just say we started dating when I was 18? I am 21 now and he is 27.

Never lie. They are unlikely to ask whether your relationship was sexual so many years ago, so I wouldn;t worry about the rape thing.

A baby is not enough, but having been together for so long, surely you have some photos (you don;t need many- maybe 2 per year of living together, and a few of the wedding), proof of living together, joint bills etc?

I guess I'll have to start digging really good for those photos then.. So no need to lie about our relationship. Wedding was a simple "sign the papers" on our kitchen counter type of thing, then dinner at a restaurant, then a small celebration at home the next day, with some friends. We have some pictures but not much.

Do I NEED the original copy of by B.C.? I only have a copy but there is no way I can get the ORIGINAL one from my country. I already tried at the consulate of my country(which we had to travel 12 hrs to get there), but I couldn't be issued one without my native country ID, which I don't have because I came to the US when I was a small child. I do have 2 other forms of ID an affidavit and a document from my consulate.

You have put K-1 visa in your profile, which you do not have. It will most likely cause confusion, and you will get incorrect answers for your situation, because people will think you are adjusting from a fiance visa, not from a visitor visa, and the situations are very different.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Sorry I'm not sure what to put, I do have a K1 Visa, I overstayed my visit, it has been 15 years now. What should I put?

No, you don't. A K1 is a visa for the fiancee of a US citizen. There's no way you got a K1 visa when you were a child. What kind of visa did you enter the US with?

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Since just having a baby isn't good enough, and you don't have many pictures. Start taking them!

Saving up pictures now won't hurt.

Good luck~

May the power of love be with you~

I just looked through our computer and we have 2 from 2008 where we look like we ARE a couple and a decent amount from 2009-2012, is that enough?

Our relationship started in 2005, not pictures there, it was a hidden relationship.

My first advise to you is never to lie. Your situation is what it is, things transpired as they did, and you both are still together after all these years, so place focus on the positive things. No, having a baby is not enough. You have to prove relationship not that you've had relations, so although maybe you do not have a ton a pictures, you do not need a ton, just hopefully you have pictures from varying time frames to provide. In essence, in that you have been together for so many years, maybe put together a timeline using the pictures or something like that. A few pictures from the varying time frames should be sufficient. Things that help support your relationship include joint accounts, joint dwellings, visits with each other, proof of engagement or marriage, letters of support from family, there are many pieces of information that you can use to support the relationship. Look at the below link, it provides a lot of useful information pertaining to this subject. The good thing you have going for you is the length of time you have been together.

Towards the bottom of the link I have posted, there is a section regarding evidence of relationship or documents to support the relationship. I would focus on obtaining these. Hope this helps

For a quick list of items you may want to focus on, here is a simplified list. Thanks

USCIS defined secondary evidences1) Documentation showing joint ownership or property

5) Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship

6) Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital union

Sample secondary evidences
