Hello,

I've been lurking on here for the past few months.. Finally signed up today.. So my I-130 is stationed at VSC for 5 months today. I130 was recieved at VSC on Jan. 26 2012

I called USCIS today an they told me I can't submit a service request cause they're working on cases submitted on JAN.23 which is complete BS cause they've been telling me they've been on Jan 23 for 2 months now.... So do I send an email to my senator today? or should I give it one more week... I don't want it to come back to me that I jump the gun too soon... Any advice?

An can someone give me a sample letter to send to the Senator... Much appreciated :)

Seriously this is absurd... Government loves to take a chunk of my taxes out of my paycheck every week but when it comes to helping me to bring my wife over... I was born an raised in the states... Never commited any felonies... I get no help.. Very annoying an frustrating.

They are telling you the truth!

Didn't you hear about the 2 month+ HOLD?

Remember, they let all the Syrian's that are here in the USA cut in front of us so they can spend 18 months+ here in the USA.
