Timeline

Update........ 90% sure we are sol until we get the EAD...... The people there simply say " if its not on that list we cant except it", and yesterday i waited all day for a call back from a supervisor and when i finally got it, it was like talking to a parrot...." if its not on that list we cant except it" if its not on that list we cant except it, ...... They have no interest in the fact that although theI129f

Is on the list, the uscis does not send us the approved I-129f, they send a 797 notice of action approval of the I129f.... Literally wont listen period......

So this is what im doing..... Im going to a lawyer to have him fax the 797 and explain this is the process....consult and faxing this...$150

Im also having my congressman file both for an expidited EAD for a medical emegency, and im having them contact PCIP insurance directly since it is a federal program and noone will listen to me......
