AOS fees are $1070. That's $985 for the filing fee and $85 for biometrics. File for EAD/AP with it and their fees are waived. There is no fee for the G-325A ... that's just a biographic form. You're paying for the I-485.

One check is fine.

Please read the instructions on the forms you're filling out. The fee information is cleary stated. Good luck.

need help for the AOS.fees for k-1

how much should i sign the check for?

do i make separate checks or just one check for 1- 485 and the g-325

:time: It is hard for forum members to give focused responses if it cannot be determined where you are in the process. Review the forum's K1/K3 AOS guide, for info on required forms and fees. There is no fee associated with the filing of the G-325.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
