i called NVC and they received my case June 29th and it was entered in the system July 9th. that's how long it took.

got my case number and IIN also, still NOT INVOICED yet.. can't wait so i can pay the fee and send the documents.

Did you send already the DS 3032 choice of agent?

I-130 NOA1 2012/01/24

I-130 NOA2 2012/06/12

NVC receiv 2012/07/02

NVC case # 2012/07/13

DS-3032 emailed 2012/07/13

AOS paid 2012/07/20

These people at the NVC don't care. Our case arrived on the 9th so guess we will be waiting also. You would think they would enter it at the same time. good luck

I got my case number on friday and already sent my DS3032 by email and they asked my email anyways! :thumbs:

Anyone with approval and sent to NVC around June 26th. Have you received a NVC case number yet

my parents approval I-130 petition was approved June 18 - no nothing yet... :(

the opinions that i express in this website are my own and are not legal advise...thank you...

06/18/12: I-130 for parents approved

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - with MNL# assigned for both parents & agent registration (DS-3032)

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - requesting for AOS (Affidavit of Support) processing fee for $88.00
