We are concurrently filing forms I-130, I-485 and I-765.

I'm sending two G-325A forms for I-130 (one for petitioner and one for the beneficiary) what should I check for "connection with application for": Status as Permanent Resident or other???

I will also send another G-325A form for I-485 what should I check for this one: Status for Per. Resident or other?

Thanks a lot!

We checked "Other" and mentioned "I130 Petition" for I130 and "I485 Petition" for I485.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I would think for the 2 that go with the I-130 petition, you would check Other and then specify: I-130 there. Similar to the example form for the I-129F, only you put I-130 there: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf

For the 1 that goes with the I-485 for adjustment of status, check the box that reads Status as Permanent Resident. Example G-325A for AOS: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A-aos.pdf

Well that's my point she didn't enter with a visa that's why I'm saying she qualifies for 245(i) She's grandfathered my mother's I-130 petition back in 1997 which allows her to stay in the country while filing for AOS..

Sorry did not ask what she qualifies for I asked what she entered the USA on what is she adjusting status from a tourist visa or what?
