What on earth does this have to do with visas?

Yea obviously you havent been here very long so i will waste my time explaining it to you. If you scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you will see that i posted this in the Philippine forum, not the upper forums were according to VJ should be used for Immigration and visa related topics. In the regional forums you have more room to discuss other topics possible related or unrelated to the specific region. Since my wife is from the philippines and i spend most of my time in the philippine forum and have gotten to know some of the members, i posted it there to have a topic of discussion. Does that answer your question?

It looks crazy....I haven't known anyone who personally did it, I know a few that did or do PX90....seems similar....with outstanding results....I've been on a 5 day a week regiment and calorie deficit since December going from 225 to 190....from 270 three years ago....so I can appreciate the effort....

Thats Awesome!! Congradulations on your success! I love hearing Moto stories! I have done P90X for a few months. I like it alot because of the structure and it goes back to the basics alot with pushups, pullups and dips. I have an Oklahoma Highway Patrol test coming up at the beginning of September so i am going to do the Insanity program to get some last minute endurance. I will post before and afters.

we all have pretty much been in here for a bit. we talk about all kinds of mindless crapola and life with our Pinay brides and GF /Fiancee.

As for VISA stuff the same question usually gets asked time after time after time many times a week. A lot of us have gotten lazy and jsut wait for Hank to post his detailed walk thru which answer 90% of most questions

P.S. Difference in Army and Marines

Army Shells a hill and then takes it

Marines take a hill and then shell if for fun

It a workout series by Beachbody. Its a 60 workout at home program.

My husband has been complaining about his current routine maybe I will suggest it to him...

Just looked it up and does look pretty intense, will you be following the nutrition plan as well?

I have been watching the informercials on it for awhile now and it is definitely going to be probably the hardest workout i will ever do. It seems to be more cardio oriented. I will follow the nurtition plan. I like it because you dont have to go and buy a bunch of stuff that you usually do not eat. The recipes are very simple and quick-easy to make. I am looking forward to starting! :thumbs:

It works, but there is a lot of jumping. Prepare to have sore feet the first couple of weeks. and yeah, don't feel bad if you don't finish it. :thumbs:

I've seen the infomercials too. It looks doable. Good luck and do send us your updates.

I decided to do Tapout XT. I'll start it in July so I can look good for my wedding. haha. It's a 90 day program. I like mma and i figure i'd be motivated to do all the punches and kicking if it's something that keeps me interested.
