Just got the case number and IIN!

Now, I just sent the choice of agent email, and got an auto-response. However, the AOS bills still shows "not invoiced."

The case # was assigned on Friday, when can I expect the AOS bill to be invoiced?

jaejayC, I think I am just one day ahead of you. I got my NVC case # and IIN last Thursday. I emailed the DS-3032 today and also got an auto-response. Then, an hour after I sent out the DS-3032 email, I got the official bar-coded DS3032 PDF sent to me via email from NVC... so I checked the NVC payment portal, and saw my AOS bill posted. So maybe you'll get your AOS bill tomorrow?

I emailed the Choice of Agent form two days ago though, still no reply except the automated response. The AOS fee still hasn't been invoiced. Do I have to wait for the COA to be accepted before the AOS fee is invoiced?

No, but for the IV fee to be invoiced, the COA needs to be accepted. Lately, it's been taking them around 1 week for the to review emails. As for the AOS fee, it should be invoiced soon after having your case number assigned. Maybe you could call NVC and ask them to send you the invoice for the AOS?

Today, my DS 3032 is accepted.

The email is like this:

----------------------------------------------------------

We updated the mailing/email address for this case. Please continue to

notify the NVC of any change of mailing/email address, or change in

personal situation that may affect the principal applicant's entitlement

to a visa.

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and

Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying

the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.

-------------------------------------------------

And today I sign in to the online payment portal.

My column is gone, only my husband's AOS bill.

Now, we are waiting for IV bill next coming week.
