Take some time to fill in your timeline and you'll get an estimate. On average, it 5-6 months until the petition is adjudicated. You can try to expedite the petition process, but pregnancy typically isn't a reason. You can read the expedite criteria here: http://1.usa.gov/LsxHTZ

It takes an average of 5 months per USCIS website for the US side of things. Then it goes to the local embassy which may take up to 2 months or more.

You can optionally fill out your timeline pon here or you can just go to the USCIS website and set up a profile to get updates.

Congrats on the newborn.

Usually 5-6 months for the petition to be approved, then add more time for the actual K-1 visa application at the US consulate in your fiance's country. VJ members from Brazil who got thir visa would be able to tell you how long more it will take after the petition approval...
