You haven't even told us what form you're filling out. Did you read not just the form but the instructions to the form too, and the VJ guides other people sent for you?

I agree with grrrreat. Before you ask any more questions, you should take some time to really read through the forms, the instructions, and the VJ guide for the process. Once you have a better overall understanding of the whole process, you'll be in a better position to ask questions too. Right now it seems that you are looking at one form, question by question, and shooting a question on the board without even really looking at the actual form instructions first. People here aremore than happy to help, but unless you yourself also understand the process well and have studied all the forms and instructions properly and with time and attention, chances are you'll end up making a mistake at some point.

Trust us when we say, we know how complicated and frustrating this can be. Just wondering, but what about your spouse? Couldn't they help you to understand this paperwork? I would hope you two are doing this together.

I just wanna know wher do i put my mailing address if is different than the physical address.

Put the mailing address under "Information about you" and "information about your relative" on the first page. On the second page, in question 18 put the physical address.
