Form DS156

Hi

We have just had a letter from NVC saying that our paperwork will be on its way to London within 7 days. I have been looking at the forms I will need to fill in and on the DS 156 (the one that generates a barcode) there is a question that asks for your spouse's name even if divorced, do they just want my ex husband's name ? it confused me because it said spouse.

Sorry if its obvious but my mind is a little stressed with all the paperwork etc.

If you're doing the K-1, then the answer would be None.

Yes, I am doing the K1. oh, is this form for other visa's so this question doesn't apply to K1?

No, the form is required for the K-1 as well. You didn't note which visa process you're doing. My response is related to the question on the form. It should be answered as none because you're not married.
